Fantasy UI Exercise

I set up a fantasy UI exercise by giving myself a couple of evenings to finish the work and treated it like a time sensitive deliverable.

I went with an ancient Atlantean theme for the direction with lots of fish and teals. Everything was given a worn out effect, slowly weathered by the ocean. Additionally, I wanted to play with the idea of water colours dropped on water with painterly brush strokes acting as shading for the different elements on screen. All animating in and out with an inky washing treatment.

Truthfully, I had a lot of fun with this. It was refreshing to take a side-step from Sci-Fi and explore different muscles for this type of UI design.
